RETURNS/REFUNDS

VEC will replace any defective compact disc. The warranty of any CD misused or abused is void. If you have a defective, you must call or email VEC explaining the problem. After evaluation, VEC will issue instructions for return and replacement. All CDs returned must have original VEC face labels attached or warranty is void.

With the purchase of any VEC CD, purchaser/user releases VEC from all responsibility in the use of any information, advise, etc., contained in all recordings. VEC is not responsible for the speaker's actions concerning the recorder or microphone. VEC staff works extremely hard at conferences where the masters are recorded to assure the purchaser we are creating the highest quality recordings possible. Purchaser understands that these are "remote" recordings, recorded with high quality "portable" equipment. Some audience comments and questions are obviously not picked up by our equipment. 99% of VEC recordings reflect professional standards for remote location audio recordings. VEC because of the large volume of recorded sessions, cannot monitor the entire recorded session and the duplication process of each CD ordered. VEC desires the purchaser to be satisfied and will try to the best of our ability to fulfill this goal. Any customer dissatisfaction will be handled on an item by item basis. VEC produces high-quality remote recordings, however, these CDs are not being offered as "studio professional, perfect, non-flawless recordings." VEC contributes our volunteer service as an economical option to the adoption community, providing the best quality recordings our resources can produce.

No portion of any recording may be reproduced, stored in a retrieval system or transmitted in any form by any means: electronic, mechanical, dictation/copying, re-recording, etc., without prior written permission of von Ende Communications.
